Dear guests, we kindly ask you to attach to the completed application form the details of the organization (company card) and the list of guests for accommodation (example of registration). In order to organize the accommodation of guests in the hotel as quickly and efficiently as possible and to avoid discrepancies, we recommend you to follow the established form of the list.

After sending the application, our specialists will contact you to clarify the details of your visit to Moscow and solve other issues.

1) If the child is settled with legal representatives. it is necessary to provide the original documents of the legal representatives, as well as the original birth certificate of the child.

2) ) If there are no legal representatives with the child under 14 years of age, the child must be accompanied by accompanying persons specified in a written consent from one of the legal representatives (the consent is filled out in free form, but you can download the ready consent here.) The authenticity of this consent is confirmed by a copy of the passport of the legal representative, which must also be provided at check-in.

3) If the child is 14 years of age or older, he/she may check in unaccompanied, with a free-form written consent from the legal representative, similar to the provision presented in item No. 2.

Foreign guests

Foreign guests need to provide a package of 3 documents to check in:

• Original passport;
• Migration card;
• Visa;

Citizens of the Russian Federation

Must present the original of any of the following documents to check in:

• Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
• Birth certificate (guests up to 14 years old*);
• Valid passport of a citizen of the USSR;
